Thomas Kyle Vandergrift — known to most as Kyle or TK — is a General and Roofing contractor, entrepreneur, and family man with a heart for building more than just structures. As the founder of TKVandy, Kyle leads a full-service construction company specializing in general contracting, design-build, and roofing, managing projects that range from government contracts on military bases to commercial developments and real estate investments throughout the Florida Panhandle.

Kyle is the co-founder of Unsanctioned Footprints, a charitable initiative committed to delivering hope through hands-on service — both locally and abroad. He regularly leads construction mission trips to Honduras, using his gifts to restore homes, churches, and schools in underserved communities. His philosophy is simple: show up where you're needed, build what matters, and leave more than just a footprint.

With 20 years of experience and his business ownership and faith anchored in God’s Word, Kyle brings a rare blend of professional excellence, servant leadership, and creative problem-solving to every endeavor. Whether navigating zoning hearings, flipping investment properties, or mentoring his crew, Kyle operates with integrity, urgency, and purpose.

He is also a devoted husband to Jazley and proud father to four daughters — Rylee, Laney, Sadie, and Everleigh — who are both his why and his witness.
